Private Meeting Rooms
- Private meeting rooms must be reserved in advance online. Scroll down to make a reservation.
- There is a maximum of five people in the meeting rooms.
- There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for private meeting room reservations.
- Guest passes are necessary for non-members. Visit the Guest Pass page for more details.
- Key fobs to the private meeting rooms can be picked up and returned at the Club's Reception Desk.
Policies
To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please follow these policies in the co-working space.
- Hot food is not allowed.
- Personal belongings should not be left unattended. Unattended items may be collected by Club Management and brought to Lost and Found.
- Community workstations are first-come, first-served, and cannot be held or reserved.
- Phone booths are available for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time.
- Conversations should be kept to a conversational and respectful tone.
- As in all Club areas, video conferencing, speaker phone, photography, videography and using speakers are not allowed.
